Melk's journey began on November 12th, 1972, with Mr. P. Jayaprakash starting his production unit. With his exceptional technical know-how, he quickly became renowned for his ability to design, repair and offer customized solutions for air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. The company flourished under his leadership, servicing DRDOs, PSUs, commercial establishments, laboratories, and hospitals since the '70s.
In September 2000, Mr. Pravin Prakash took the helm of the company as a management professional. His hands-on experience with the equipment gave him the advantage of being knowledgeable about the technical and business aspects of the company. Under his leadership, the company began marketing a range of products from Hideaway systems, Tower ACs, Chillers etc. and became dealers for multiple MNC brands like LG, TCL, Daikin, and Mitsubishi.
